Details of Today's Chapters: Believers predestined, His inheritance, saved by grace, a habitation of God, fellow heirs, and the love of Christ.

Hello My Friend/Guest,
As Christians who were brought up in the world I imagine there are times where we all stop and think about our lives before Christ. Maybe you feel a little regret for some of the things you got into or allowed to happen in your life and wish that you would have had Christ in our life back then. Amazingly enough, He was, you just did not know it. Little by little Christ was working in you and getting you ready for a life with Him in it. Jesus Said, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” - John 15:16.

The Book of Ephesians is the tenth book of the New Testament, the forty-ninth book of the Bible, and contains 6 chapters. This epistle was written by the apostle Paul to the church at Ephesus. The purpose of the letter was to inform believers of their wealth in Christ and instruct them concerning their walk in Christ. What we are to learn from the book is that all Christ's believers are heirs to both the blessings (the wealth) and the responsibilities (the walk) of their calling in Christ. “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” - Ephesians 2:10.

The Book of Ephesians is probably the best book you can read to explain why we go through so much before we get saved. In fact, Paul is the greatest example and testimony of how someone who was brought up to hate Christ and persecuted Christians can turn his life around for Christ. The Holy Spirit led Paul to write, “According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved...In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” - Ephesians 1:4-6,11-13.

You see, Jesus already knew what you would be doing with your life before and after you chose to accept Him into it. He even chose the exact time you would find out that He was what you needed all along. Why? It's all about timing, Jesus waits until you are going to be committed to Him before He trusts you with His gift. The truth is this, thousands of people get saved, but very few care less about living their lives for Christ. That is why He had to strengthen you, grow you, and wait until you were ready to serve Him with all your heart. “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” - Matthew 5:8.

Paul reminds us of where we were before we knew Christ and why we know Him today. “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” - Ephesians 2:2-6.

We can praise God that we were able to overcome every single foolish thing we did before we knew Christ and even the ones to come. Praise God! When we walk with Christ we lose the desire to do the things we use to love to do in the world. Once in a while I will watch an old movie that I probably watched over and over again only to turn it off wondering why I ever watched it. Many of the clothes I use to wear I would not think of wearing now. I do not think I even talk to any of the people I thought were my friends before I knew Christ. Christ changes us for the better, he gets rid of all the things that cause unnecessary suffering, temptation, and shame and replaces it with hope, joy, and peace. “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” - John 14:27.

As I was reading these chapters something got my attention, many people question whether or not God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one. Well, we are one in the same, when we accept Christ as our Savior, God dwells in us through the Holy Spirit, now we are not only one with Christ, we are heirs with Christ, brothers and sisters. On top of that we are no longer strangers, but a part of the Kingdom of God. Paul confirms this, “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.” - Ephesians 2:19-22. Within us is God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit all molded together into a child of the living God saved by grace. “And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.” - Romans 9:26. Praise God!

Be blessed, enjoy the rest of your day/night and have an awesome weekend.
God Bless You, I am praying for you,
Christina

Details of Today's Chapters: Adoption, heirs with God, the covenants of law and promise, liberty through the Gospel, walking in the Spirit, the works of the flesh, and the fruit of the Spirit.

Hello My Friend/Guest,
The word liberty is defined as freedom, freedom from captivity, bondage, or restraint, Jesus Said, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” - John 8:32. If you have accepted Christ as your Savior you can rejoice because you have the truth in you and it made you free. Free from hell, free from Satan, and free from any bondage or guilt you have had. Praise God! Wait a minute, are you sure you are free? Is there something from your past or even going on now that continues to hold you bondage. Even though we are saved, Satan loves to hold us down and keep us in bondage to our weaknesses, fears, and failures in life, but we do not have to live in bondage, it's time to come out of captivity and be free from all your burdens, guilt, shame, weaknesses, and fears.

As Paul continues to write the Galatians he reminds them of how they were once in bondage, “Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.” - Galatians 4:3-5. The law that Paul is talking about is the law made between God and His people, given by Moses, that was a way for His people to have a right relationship with Him, but something happened. It was too hard for them to obey the law, so, God sent Jesus to redeem them once and for all. When we call on Jesus to save us, we are no longer in bondage to the elements of the world, but are adopted into God's family.

This is where many Christians keep themselves in bondage, they want a better life and know that they need to do something to change it, but out of fear or rebellion, allow the elements of the world to control them. Paul continues, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage...For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith...For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.” - Galatians 5:1,5,13. The more you do for God and others the less things you do in the world. You can not expect nor does God expect you to remove every element over night, it takes time and as long as you are willing to take that step to use that freedom to serve God and others then you are on your way.

What exactly are the elements that keep a Christian in bondage? Paul tells us, “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” - Galatians 5:19-21.

Variance means argumentative, emulations means rivalry, seditions means rebellion, heresies means disbelief, revellings means over indulgence, these are all things that still keep a Christian in bondage even though they are saved.

Now, you can not lose your salvation, but this goes back to Galatians 5:13, we are not to abuse our freedom by continuing to do the things we use to do before getting saved. It's going to be a painful life here on earth for any Christian who remains in that bondage. Life is hard enough as it is, but adding to it by living a lifestyle that you know is wrong will never set you free. Only living through Christ sets you free, “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” - I Peter 5:10.

When we live life through Christ He shows us how to step by step remove the things that we were or are bondage to and replace them with things that keep us right not only with God, but ourselves as well. “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” - Galatians 5:22-25.

We can give thanks to God that we are no longer in bondage to the works of the flesh since all who have accepted Jesus had their sins crucified on the cross when Jesus died for them. Now we are filled with the Holy Spirit that allows us to bear His fruit and are free from all bondage of sin. However, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” - Galatians 6:7-9.

Christ set you free when He died on the cross for you, if you believe that then there is hope for you to get out of any situation you are in. He can bring you out of captivity, however, you must let Him help you, He is the only one who can. Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30. Put your trust in Jesus to set you free, He is there for you.

Be blessed, enjoy the rest of your day/night and week,
God Bless You, I am praying for you,
Christina

Bible Study: It's By Faith 12.01.10

Chapters: Galatians 1-3

Details of Today's Chapters: Paul writes a letter to the Galatians regarding a false gospel, Paul's visit with Peter, the just are to live by faith, not the law, the law replaced by Christ, a child of Abraham, and our guide to Christ.

Hello My Friend/Guest,
The word faith means trust, when you got saved you may have said a prayer similar to this, “Dear God,
I confess that I am a sinner. I believe with all of my heart that Your Son, Jesus Christ died for me to pay my sin debt. I ask Jesus to come into my heart and save me. I have complete trust in Him and from this moment on I will depend on Him for my salvation. Amen.” When we ask Jesus to save us we are putting our faith or trust in Him and only in Him to save us and it is by that faith that we are depending on Him for our salvation. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:” - Romans 5:1.

The Book of Galatians is the ninth book of the New Testament, forty-eighth book of the Bible, and contains six chapters. The author of this epistle (letter) is Paul and it was written to the believers of Galatia. The purpose of the epistle was to correct the false teaching of Jewish legalism in the Church. What we are to learn from the book is that Jesus delivered all of us from law to liberty. “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” - Galatians 5:1. This letter for the Galatians forever settles the fact that there is only one way to avoid eternal hell and to be assured of eternal life in heaven for both Jew and Gentile.

The churches of Galatia were formed by both converted Jews and Gentiles, somehow the true Gospel got distorted and the churches began preaching one that a person was justified by faith and works. Paul writes the Galatians to set the record straight and reassure the converts that we are only saved by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and that salvation can never be taken away from us. “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” - Galatians 1:6-8.

That angel from heaven preaching another gospel is none other than Satan, he was once one of God's angels, but was cast out because he tried to take the throne from God. “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.” - Isaiah 14:12-15. Satan knows where he is going for eternity, he is trying to keep as many people as he can from knowing the truth as if that is going to keep him from being cast into hell, but he can not escape it neither can anyone else who deceives people with another gospel.

Why is it important? It is important to understand that if one little piece of the Gospel were changed than it would have changed everything else in the Bible as well. Christ, who was sinless, gave His life to save us all from hell, He arose again three days later, proving that even death has no power over the power of God. Every person who believes in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ and allows Him to come into their lives is saved by their faith in Him alone and only by their faith. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” - Romans 10:9,10.

The resurrection of Christ is the very heart of Christianity. It is the one sign that tells us with perfect certainty that the sacrifice of Jesus was acceptable to God and that a way had been made for our sins to be forgiven. If the death of Christ would have been in vain than we would all still be sacrificing animals to keep from going to hell. “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid...I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.” - Galatians 2:16,17,20,21.

God instilled the law of Moses to the Jews as a way for them to be reconciled with God, if you have ever gotten angry at someone for betraying you than you can understand why God reacts the way He does when His people betray Him. However, God knew that no matter how many times a person brought an animal to Him to be reconciled with Him he would still sin, maybe not even on purpose, but it was just in his nature. That is when He knew He had to make a way for a person to be reconciled with Him once and for all, hence, Jesus Christ. “For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” - Galatians 3:10-14.

We can give a big thanks to Jesus that we are no longer bound to that curse. Praise God! Does that mean we will never sin again? Of course not. Does that mean we are no longer saved if we do? Of course not! “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” - I John 1:9. Jesus died once on the cross to save us, that means we only have to ask Him once to save us. “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.” - Romans 6:9-11. Praise God!

Be blessed, enjoy the rest of your day/night and week.
God Bless You, I am praying for you,
Christina

Bible Study: Victory Through Weaknesses

King James Bible Study Devotional
Message Title: Victory Through Weaknesses
For: Tuesday November 30, 2010
Chapters: II Corinthians 9-13
Click Here to Read Them or Go to: http://www.imfollowingjesus.com/bible-november-30

Details of Today's Chapters: Sowing and reaping, thanksgiving, Paul's spiritual authority, false teachers, Paul recollects his afflictions, the thorn in his side, and reprobates.

Hello My Friend/Guest,
The word infirmity is defined as a physical or moral weakness, or failing at something. We all have infirmities of some sort and while they may make us feel as though we are a failure God sees them as victories. The Bible says, “For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.” - II Corinthians 13:4. Weakness brings us closer to God, it not only gives us His power to overcome our infirmities, it also brings life to us. Think about it. When you feel as though you have failed you feel awful and kind of dead inside and do not want to do anything, but when you succeed you feel great and lively inside and as though you can do anything. You can do anything, through Christ that is. “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” - Philippians 4:13.

So, how do we overcome our infirmities? First, we need to give ourselves over to God, the more we do for God, the more we are strengthen to overcome our infirmities. “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:..Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.” - II Corinthians 9:6-8,11. The Bible teaches us that we are to tithe ten percent of our income to God (our home church), but giving to God is more than just tithe, it is also giving your time. So, if we were to give ten percent of our time to God that would be two hours and forty minutes a day. Can you give two hours and forty minutes to God each day? It only needs to start with one and before you know it everything you do puts God on your mind.

Why is it so important? We are fighting a war, a spiritual war against God and Satan, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” - II Corinthians 10:3-6. The more time we give to God the harder it is for Satan to corrupt us and Satan will do anything, including twist God's Word a little bit to get us to question the truth.

Paul continues to warn us to avoid things that corrupt our thinking, “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles...For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.” - II Corinthians 11:3-5,13..

A couple of weeks ago I had someone say to me, I agree with you about Jesus, but you should read the Quran. Now, people are free to follow whatever book they want, but the only book I follow is the Bible, it is the only true Word of God. Since I am a missionary and a teacher of God's Word I have to do a lot of research to back up what I teach. I have to be careful not to allow myself to be corrupted by what I research, my only guard is remaining in God's Word. Only God's Word can prepare us, armor us to fight the battle. “Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” - Ephesians 6:16,17.

There is only one book that contains the Word of God, every other so called holy book written was written by a person paraphrasing the Bible. Incidentally, the Quran was written by one man named Muhammad, said to have been given to him by archangel Gabriel. Islamic people are descendents of Ishmael, the illegitimate child of Abraham and his wife's handmaid, Hagar. However, the Bible was written through forty men who God spoke to Himself through the Holy Spirit. God's people are descendents of Isaac, the blessed child of Abraham and Sarah. “And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.” - Genesis 17:19-21. Notice the similarities between Ishmael's people and God's people, this is how people can get corrupted.

Our only victory through infirmities is Christ, the only way to know the truth for yourself is to know Christ yourself, which can only happen if you ask Him to come into your heart. If you know Christ and give yourself to Him you will have the power to overcome any physical or moral weakness. If you are questioning your faith think about what Paul said, “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates. Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.” - II Corinthians 13:5-8.

The word reprobate means a person rejected by God and beyond hope of salvation. While God wants to see everyone in heaven with Him, He knows that there are some that are too wicked and will never see salvation. He also knows who are His and the amazing thing is that our greatest victory over anything that Satan will corrupt us with is being one of God's people. Praise God! “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” - Revelation 21:7,8.

Be blessed, enjoy the rest of your day/night and week.
God Bless You, I am praying for you,
Christina

Details of Today's Chapters: Forgiveness and forgiving those who repent, the Lordship of Christ, and why Christians suffer.

Hello My Friend/Guest,
The book of II Corinthians is the forty-seventh book of the Bible, eight book of the New Testament, and contains thirteen chapters. The author of the book is Paul and it was written to the believers at Corinth. The purpose of the book was to reestablish his apostolic authority and to show gratitude and thanks for their faithfulness in Christ. What we are to learn from the book is that human weakness provides an opportunity for the manifestation of the power of God. “For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.” - II Corinthians 13:4.

Paul's first letter to the Corinthians is one of discipline, this one, which was written about a year later, was written when he himself was in despair and heard that they had turned things around. He wanted to show them how pleased he was that they were living by the true Gospel. “Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.” - II Corinthians 1:3-6.

Paul is reminding them and us that we are going to be afflicted from time to time, but it is during that affliction that we find comfort with God and can know that Christ is right there with us. Many people think that the second they call on Christ to save them that all their troubles will disappear immediately and they will not have to endure any more pain and suffering. Then when things are not changing for them they blame it on God. You know, we do not get into the messes that we get into overnight, it takes some time, so, we can not expect all our troubles to go away overnight either. What we can do is trust God and let Him handle it in the manner that He knows is best for us. “For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.” - I Timothy 4:10.

Think about it. If God or anyone else for that matter cleaned up one mess after another without any repercussions how would we learn from it? Likewise, if we have everything handed to us without any work or difficulties in obtaining them, would we learn to appreciate them? Everything that we go through in life is placed before us, not only to get us to be dependent on God for everything, but to also get us to realize that it comes from God. We are going to face trials whether we choose to follow Christ or not, at least by following Him we know that someone is on our side and that greater blessings will come as we learn to trust Him. “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.” - II Corinthians 2:14-17. The word savour (savor) means a distinctive quality and a delight in. Therefore, we have a distinctive quality and are a delight in the Lord. Praise God!

We can face trials and suffering with the confidence that our Lord never makes a mistake. As we submit our wills during times of testing, God imparts strength and the comfort of the Holy Spirit with a two-fold effect: Our burdens are lifted and we become qualified to comfort others just as Paul was able to. “Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” - II Corinthians 4:1-6.

Nothing we do for God goes unnoticed, particularly in teaching the Gospel, it is the gift that keeps on giving and I will tell you what, getting people saved will bless you tremendously. Oh, Satan is going to try you, but you will shine and out of the blue you will see how much all your labor, pain, and suffering will pay off. “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” - I Corinthians 15:57,58.

Be blessed, enjoy the rest of your day/night and the Lord's Day.
God Bless You, I am praying for you,
Christina
