Message Title: Every Word Of God

Hello My Friend,

Of all the people in the world, the ones that get God boiling the most are preachers and teachers who distort His Word. Think about it, how do you feel when someone says you said something when you did not? God is our Creator, not some mythological creature made up by the imagination of a rebellious heart. All who teach and trust these people have a price to pay. “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” - Revelation 22:18,19.

Zedekiah was the last son of the house of David to reign as king in Judah, and he was not a very good king, in fact, he was down right evil. God gave him one last chance to repent before he gets captured and sent to Babylon. “Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place. For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people. But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation. But he shall die in the place whither they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more.” - Jeremiah 22:3-5,12.

The word desolation means ruin or waste, many leaders who do not know God are causing ruin wherever they go. In order for a nation to prosper it needs godly leaders, once they start disappearing the nation begins to fall and sooner or later it will be in ruin. It's sad to see my own country becoming a desolation because our leaders are either distorting or ignoring the Word of God. Unless we who know the truth stand up and tell the truth it's only going to get worse. We cannot expect change if we do not do anything to change ourselves. “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” - Revelation 22:14,15.

Let me tell you, knowing all that God wants us to know does not happen over night, it takes a lifetime, but as long as we make an effort God sees it and blesses us for it. We all have to admit that whenever we try to do things all on our own we can make a mess of things, but that is why God sent Jesus to help us. He knows that flesh can only do so much and if we truly want to live by God's truths we need a guide. Through Jeremiah, God foretells the glorious day that Jesus would reign after he warns the false pastors of their fate. 

“Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD. And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” - Jeremiah 23:2-6.

Notice the word, Branch, Jesus is not the actual seed of David, He is the Branch of God or Vine sent to execute correct judgment and justice upon everyone. Incidentally, those who believe in the Son, and receive Him are one of His branches. “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.” - John 15:1-4.

People who head up these false religions and make new versions of God's Word to conform to their lifestyles are only sending people to hell and causing tons of those who were saved to be deceived into believing that they are living by the Word of God. Through Jeremiah, God continues to upbraid the false teachers, and tells His people not to listen to them. “Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you. For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it? Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.” - Jeremiah 23:16-19.

You have the right to know and understand the truth, all you have to do to find the truth is to read the King James Bible. God has told all in the pages of His Word, and everything will happen exactly as He has stated. A church or religion does not take anyone to heaven, Jesus does. Jesus is coming and those who have not asked Him to save them will not be saved from His judgment. It does matter what church you attend or if you have trusted a false teacher, it will not save you. “Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.” - 2 Timothy 2:14-16.

Today's Prayer: God, Thank You for Your Word, my guide to everything that is true and right. Lord, I know that I will not learn everything You have to tell me all at once, but as I keep reading Your Word You will reveal things to me day by day as I let, Your Son work in and through me. I may not get it right all the time, but let me not forget that I serve the only living God and that Christ lives in me. He and He alone is my strength and guide to the truth and living by it. I Love You Lord, I love Your Word, and I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
